The derivative work containing Waldy Herrai Perray(P-Ray) and Huey were illegal. The Infringing work is based entirely on our work and it’s character all copies characteristics from the original characters. The derivative work also attempts to include original characters such as Terray, Varien, Lorenzo or Zavier.
Waldy and Huey both copied characteristics from the original characters.
Waldy and Huey copied Lorenzo.
They copied Varien. He is unethical. This means he is rogue/attractive and vicious.
Varien was written to be Crowned. Terray was the same as him. Perray wasn’t crowned.
The derivative characters all copied Terray (T-Ray). Terray is somber pensive and straightforward. This means he is serious and sober. He is unethical. This means he is wrong and wicked. He is savage, rude and vicious. This means he is lusting/sexual. Viciousness is not different from whupping. He is also swaggering. This means he is rude and may walk with a strut. This is springy steps which means he limps. This also means he is stylish. He is rogue because he is wrong which means he is relatively secret and he is fit. Both means he is sexy attractive and good looking. He is also troubling. He has punked styles. He is lowkey. He is woke. He made woke comments and may fight for woke causes. He lopped showing he is cool and is badass. He is cool. Terray is known for “spidering” or fighting with an AI he carries.Waldy and Huey are unoriginal. They both copied at least whupping serious/sober stylish attractive/sexy/cute toughness maddening secret “spidering” cool and rudeness. They didn’t have Black Power. It’s similar to dark matter.Terray was made first. He is tall. Height can not be Scaled. He is known for vesting spiking and wears caps. The derivative characters are copies.
The two characters huey and/or waldy also copied characteristics from Lorenzo. The characters are NOT separate. Waldy and huey were initially not summoners. When the characters gained the ability to summon they both copied Lorenzo some time after 2023. Lorenzo was created first and is austere and thoughtful savage rude and malicious. These Lorenzo is also vicious which is not different from “whupping”. Lorenzo is cute and can be trouble. Both Waldy and Huey copied him.
Rodney is a derivative character based on Rodryck. Both fight in similar ways and are known for wearing their caps in a specific way and having similar styles.
Perray(P-Ray) and Herrai are derivative characters that copied Terray’s “spidering”. They both weren’t rude/raw/lusting truculent or woke. They often copied Terray’s mohawk.
Vairien is based on Varien and it copied Varien by having a question as their signature.
Valien is also Varien they both fight in a similar and are raw and woke.
Vier Vieren and Vierien are botawful clones of Zavier.
Terrai was an awful Clone of Terray.
