Both Waldy and Huey were derivative of Lorenzo. Neither characters had the ability to summon. They were NOT the same. When the two characters started summoning in 2023 they copied him.
Even if they were the same, Lorenzo was already austere(hes tough minded/tough attitude) and malicious/rude. They would have still copied.
