The “rentees” trying to copy and traffic our characters were observed. They appear to be completely unable to compare characters and always “fall” for the same mistakes. They will look at whatever “appears” to be second from the first originals and then attempt to take and ruin. They don’t even know the definitions of several words and they don’t check the original models from the owners. They all use this same “excuse” to attempt to steal our characters.
For example Zavier( or the illegal terrible clone Vierien) and our Varien are seen as “supposedly” not be serious and they believe second and derivative Waldy or Huey has won. This is not true. First they did not see if the second character is single(separate). In every case Waldy and Huey are NOT separate. This means they are derivative. They were not maddening(troubling), attractive(sexy,cute), raw(rude). This means that both characters COPIED and are NOT PROTECTION! (Our characters are thoughtful, sober is not really separate).
Another scenario, Lorenzo is again not seen as serious and they will attempt to copy with either Waldy or Huey. BOTH DID NOT SUMMON! They were completely separate characters until both copied Lorenzo when they DID summon. (They would not have been separate with they did summon when they were written anyways, because Lorenzo is mischievous and stern.)
Another scenario is the weak AFRO. Every character copied was forced to have a full Afro and they will attempt to TAKE our characters(Terray, Zavier, Rodryck, Varien) and compare them to the ALREADY DERIVATIVE CHARACTERS WALDY, HUEY, and even weaker LORI( a very late and unoriginal character). First none of them ever had a full afro. Why would we suddenly change ALL our characters signature looks at the same time to give them ALL a full afro. Second, why are they not checking to see what the original characters from the company looks like? Third, the character that they are being compared to are ALREADY DERIVATIVE. They still are either not checking to see if the second characters are single(separate) first.
Lastly, they will attempt to use the already cloned character (Vierien) to TAKE our original characters. Vierien is a CLONE. Its not legal. It has no protections. Zavier was not fair. And this cloning occurred really late. How could it ever “free” an original?
These rentees are NOT innocent. They look pathetic, unintelligent ,entitled, self righteous and ridiculous. They are all trafficking. (I don’t have any sympathy for this).
