There is NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to “free” another persons work. (You sue).
Zavier is NOT FREE. HE IS PROTECTED. The derivative character that are constantly being compared to Zavier (HUEY or WALDY) are Both Free and COPIED ZAVIER!
1.Zavier is rogue. This means he is attractive. HUEY AND WALDY WERE NOT CUTE/SEXY.
2. Zavier’s weapon means he whups. Waldy was not whupping.
3.Zavier is mischievous. This means he is wrong and cheeky and causes mischief. Huey was not Maddening(troubling/vexing). Maddening and mischievous is the same word. Cheeky means rude and attractive. Wrong/injurious means to be rude(wicked/savage). Waldy was not raw.
4. Zavier is badass. Huey was not cool.
5. Zavier is thoughtful. Huey and Waldy were not really sober.
6. Zavier is OLDER THAN BOTH WALDY AND HUEY.
There is no “Vierien”. That’s Frozen. We will sue anyone trying to fraudulently book or damage Zavier. (“Vierien” is written to be terrible).
